Chiara Gambirasio
Chiara Gambirasio (Bergamo, 1996) lives in Mapello and pursues a nomadic artistic practice across Europe. She describes her research as Kenoscromìa—the chromatic vibration in/of emptiness—a practice grounded in the study of colour as the meeting point between matter, light, the observing subject, and change over time.
Her public artworks include Spaesaggio (Londa, Florence, 2025), Farsi Eruttare Altrove (Latera, Viterbo, 2025), and a work in Montevaccino (Trento, 2025); V’arco (Castione della Presolana, Bergamo, 2024); Terre D’Istanti (Mapello, Bergamo, 2023); Ammiraggio on Monte Stivo (Trento, 2023); and Sedimento (Spilamberto, Modena, 2021).
Her work has been the subject of solo exhibitions at the Museo Novecento in Florence and GAMeC in Bergamo, and has been included in group exhibitions at the MMSU in Rijeka, the Museo di Villa Croce in Genoa, Palazzo Ducale in Gubbio, Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence, and Casa Testori in Milan.
