Guided tour of the solo show “Giorgio Vigna. Cosmografia” whit the artist

On Friday, February 21st, 2025 at 6PM, BUILDING TERZO PIANO hosts a guided tour of the exhibition Giorgio Vigna. Cosmography (January 30th, 2025 – February 22nd, 2025) led by the artist. The solo show presents a selection of nineteen artworks, mainly made of copper, glass, and paper, created between the 1980s and 2023.

The exhibition is presented as a two-dimensional and three-dimensional fresco describing a world suspended between reality and imagination. It all begins with water: cosmic water source of life, running water always in motion, solidified water as seen in the transparencies of glass.

Giorgio Vigna accompanies us on a journey that reveals the authenticity of a profound relationship of the human being as part of nature merged in the cosmos, where, once again, the multi-dimensional micro and macro exchange places without interruption.

Guided tour will be held in Italian.
